We offer individual therapy and counseling along with couples counseling and neuro-emotional technique.

My philosophy is to provide an impartial and non-judgemental environment to make it possible for you to tell your own story. We then work in collaboration with my clients to help them begin their healing process. We believe each person has many strengths, and together we can build on those and bring them to the surface.

My technique is to provide a holistic and evidence-based approach to counseling to ensure results quickly. I listen partially and sympathetically while providing honest constructive feedback to facilitate growth.

My philosophy for couples counseling is the same I have for individual counseling. I provide an impartial and non-judgemental environment to make it possible for you to tell your own story. I then work in collaboration with them to begin their own personal healing process.

My technique when it comes to couple's counseling is to provide a natural environment to foster the ability to communicate more effectively, build empathy and support, learn how to problem solve and resolve conflict, strengthen your connection to one another and identify the non-productive patterns that may be creating unnecessary headaches in your relationship.

I understand how scary and vulnerable it can be to acknowledge there are issues in your relationship. I will always work with both of you to ensure our discussions are productive, helpful, and safe.

The Neuro Emotional Technique (NET) is not a form of talk therapy. It is a mind-body technique that borrows from the best of psychology, chiropractic, acupuncture, applied anesthesiology, and traditional medical science to identify emotional stress patterns in the body to help both the mind and body heal at a rapid pace unprecedented in traditional counseling. Literally, a year's worth of talk therapy can be accomplished in one hour or less. A 2017 study revealed that individuals with complex PTSD showed actually physiological differences in the brain after just 4 sessions of NET. The brain scans showed that the PTSD was no longer affecting the individual.

The question I receive most with NET is what should I expect? NET works by being able to determine where the stuck emotions are located through muscle testing. Technically we use the arm to do simple muscle testing with a statement that is not currently true but would like it to be. When this statement is said and the arm tests weak, a pathway to the brain is then opened to find the actual spot within the body where the emotional disturbance is located. Once this spot is found, we are able to locate the original emotion to release it. Not always, but often these emotions are linked back to an earlier event. I have been practicing many models of traditional therapy for 10 years, while they can be increasingly effective- when we look at the idea of wanting to let go of trauma or complex issues that seem to debilitate our growth, I have never seen anything as quick and effective at NET.
